Before you go
If you're pausing treatment or switching hospitals, you don't need to delete your account to stop using it — your data simply stays private until you return. Deletion is for when you want it gone for good.
- Takes effect immediately once verified
- Confirmed by OTP, so no one else can delete your account for you
- Only legally-required dispensing/donation records survive, and only for their statutory period
