Our Services

Cancer medicines. Generic drugs. Consumables. All at cost price — no exceptions, no hidden fees.

Cancer Medicines

MCCF procures branded and generic oncology medicines directly from GMP-certified, licensed manufacturers. By removing every intermediary from the supply chain, we eliminate the 200–400% markup that makes cancer treatment unaffordable for millions of Indian families.

Every medicine is dispensed with a batch certificate, manufacturer details, and full documentation — so patients, caregivers, and oncologists can verify quality at every step.

  • Targeted therapy agents (kinase inhibitors, etc.)
  • Biosimilar injectables (available on consultation)

Why direct-from-manufacturer matters
Traditional Retail

Manufacturer → Distributor → Wholesaler → Retailer → Patient
+200–400% markup at each step

MCCF Model

Manufacturer → MCCF Pharmacy → Patient
Cost price. Zero profit.

Result: Patients typically save 40–70% on branded medicines and 60–80% on generics compared to retail pharmacy prices.

Generic Cancer Medicines

"Generic cancer medicines from reputed manufacturers are equally effective and can make treatment more affordable."

A generic cancer medicine contains the identical active ingredient (molecule) as the branded version. Only the brand name differs. GMP-certified manufacturers produce generics to the exact same quality, safety, and efficacy standards as branded medicines.

Common Myths — Clarified

False. Generic manufacturers in India must hold GMP certification from CDSCO. The active ingredient (molecule) is identical to the branded product. MCCF supplies only from verified, reputed manufacturers with documented quality standards.

Many oncologists — particularly at independent clinics and charitable hospitals — actively support generic substitution. Share our manufacturer credentials and batch certificates. Our For Doctors page has clinical documentation oncologists use to make this decision.

MCCF provides batch certificates and manufacturer COAs (Certificate of Analysis) for every medicine. We maintain cold-chain integrity and zero-tolerance for expired stock. Ask us for documentation — we will provide it immediately.

Consumables & Disposables

"The cost of cancer treatment is not just about the medicine tablet. Every IV line, every saline bag, every port adds up. MCCF supplies these at cost price too."

Anti-Nausea / Anti-Vomiting

Ondansetron, Granisetron, Aprepitant — standard supportive care for chemotherapy patients. Often prescribed at high cost in hospital pharmacies; available at cost price at MCCF.

IV Lines & Scalp Vein Sets

Required for IV administration of chemotherapy. Often overpriced at hospital pharmacies because patients have no alternative. At MCCF: cost price.

Venflons (IV Cannulas)

Peripheral IV cannulas consumed per chemotherapy session. High-volume usage means costs add up quickly. MCCF price: cost price per unit.

IV Fluids (Saline)

Normal saline 500 ml and other IV fluids. High-volume usage during infusion sessions. Significant ongoing cost for long-term chemotherapy patients. Cost price at MCCF.

Central Venous Lines & Ports

Required for long-term IV therapy. Central venous catheters and implanted ports — expensive at hospital suppliers. MCCF provides at direct procurement cost.

Biopsy Needles (True-Cut)

Diagnostic consumables used for biopsy procedures. True-Cut needles in multiple gauges (14G, 16G, 18G). Cost price supply — supporting diagnosis affordability too.
